The supplied hardware kit includes all of the brackets, bolts, washers, and CNC machined fittings for installation. This is an industry-exclusive feature to the CSF x VF Engineering design, and was extremely difficult to not only engineer, but to manufacture as well. An array of items come vacuum packaged with corresponding letters listed on an easy to use Bill-of-Materials List (BOM) along with exploded diagrams and a simple order of operation procedure list to follow for installation. Made with mechanics, technicians, racers and DIY enthusiasts in mind. This is a Racing Product and intended to be installed only by a skilled and experience technician who is familiar with the B58 engine platform With the largest and most efficient intercooler performance, lower pressure drop, port injection, and other industry-leading features, the CSF Race X Manifold allows Gen 2 B58 owners to maximize performance. The CSF #8400B Cooling product is designed to be a "Drop-In Fit" application. The product will install in the OEM Location with no modifications necessary unless otherwise noted or instructions are included in the product package. Please see the manufacturer repair manual for standard installation instructions. If you do not feel confident installing this product CSF recommends taking it to a qualified installation facility.
  • Core can be setup for dual or single pass: The -16 ORB bung on front water end plate can be used to adjust the flow configuration to single-pass and/or to be used with an ice-box setup. Includes CNC machined plug for dual-pass configuration

Crafted with precision, this manifold features a high-performance, motorsports-grade bar/plate air-to-water intercooler core that is 25% larger than standard models, offering improved cooling efficiency and reduced pressure drop. The design includes an integrated air divider in the inlet tank for even airflow distribution across the core, maximizing cooling and performance under demanding conditions. The manifold’s thermal black Cerakote finish provides heat dispersion capabilities, helping to lower intake temperatures and enhance engine efficiency, while also offering a sleek, durable appearance suitable for racing and enthusiast builds. The CSF Race X Manifold is designed for easy installation in OEM locations with no modifications necessary, provided the installer is a skilled technician familiar with the B58 engine platform. It features a versatile core setup that can be configured for dual or single-pass flow using the included CNC machined plug, and multiple 1/8″ NPT ports on each cylinder runner enable precise nitrous or meth injection for maximum tuning flexibility. Additionally, the manifold includes an integrated sensor pad with multiple ports for extra vacuum or parameter monitoring, as well as breather ports for simplified bleeding and maintenance. An included KIYLEX thermal rejection manifold spacer offers proven temperature reduction of up to 15%, further optimizing performance. Manufactured by world-renowned automotive machinists in Australia, this manifold includes all necessary hardware, an installation kit with detailed diagrams, and an easy-to-follow Bill of Materials list. The design incorporates improved slotted mounting holes on the throttle body side for straightforward installation, and the manifold is CAD-engineered using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for optimal airflow and cooling efficiency. The package also provides easy access to the spin-off oil filter for quick oil changes and comes with a top feed fuel rail for port injection.
