LIQUI MOLY LM 48 Installation Paste is a high-performance lubricant designed for the assembly and maintenance of engines, gearboxes, and industrial machinery. Its unique formulation includes zinc sulfide, graphite, fluorides, and tungsten disulfide, providing excellent adherence to polished surfaces such as engine bearings, piston skirts, and camshaft lobes. This paste effectively prevents dry-run damage during startup and facilitates the assembly of tight-fitting parts, ensuring smooth operation and reducing wear. It also offers protection from scoring during press fits, making it ideal for various technical applications across automotive and industrial sectors.
Application is simple; the paste should be applied to clean surfaces using a brush or lint-free cloth without rubbing in excess. Its service temperature range from -35°C to +450°C (-31°F to +842°F) ensures reliable performance under demanding conditions.
