The Turbosmart WG40 Gen V CompGate 40mm external wastegate is engineered for high-performance control of compressed gases and CO2, offering a substantial tuning window and the ability to handle large pressure differentials between the top and lower actuator housings. Unlike traditional poppet-style gas actuators that typically operate at around 2-3 times their base spring pressure, the GenV CompGate 40mm can achieve extreme pressure multiples through the use of additional reference signals, high-pressure gases, and CO2. This design ensures precise regulation even under demanding conditions, making it ideal for advanced automotive applications requiring reliable and flexible wastegate control.

The wastegate features a CNC-machined Nitronic 60 valve guide and a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body, providing outstanding durability and thermal performance.
